Phoenix-Goodyear Airport Environmental Assessment Scoping Meeting - Nov. 17 The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is preparing an Environmental Assessment for proposed improvements at Phoenix Goodyear Airport including a new full-length parallel taxiway, development of corporate aircraft facilities, infrastructure to accommodate corporate aviation facilities, and a new access road from Yuma Road.
